1. Remember The GOLDEN Rule
Just like us, our skin needs to breathe too. Always remember to remove all the makeup before going to bed. In case you don’t have makeup remover, just put some olive oil on a cotton pad and massage your face thoroughly. This works even if you have an oily skin. 2. Exfoliate Your Skin ONCE A Week
Many believe that exfoliation is indispensable to achieve healthy, glowing skin. News flash: it’s NOT. Exfoliating your skin does help, but you don’t need to do it more than once or twice a week. You don’t even need to buy an expensive anti-aging cream or a skin cleanser for it. To remove the dead layers of skin, you can make a paste right in your kitchen. Mix walnut powder with yogurt and apply the paste to the skin. Walnut is rich in antioxidants and removes the dead skin layers to reveal the radiant skin underneath.

Blood circulation accelerates the cleansing process in the whole body and opens up the pores, which is always great for your skin. 6. Beauty Sleep
If you want fresh skin, sleeping for 8 hours every night is a must. Plus, you don’t need to put on a ton of moisturizer or other skin care products before going to bed. If you already have those bags under your eyes, it means you are not sleeping properly and your skin is beating the brunt just like your overall health. Avoid using hot water and try to put on a honey mask at least once a week to heal the damaged skin.
7. Hydrate Yourself
60% of human body is made up of water, so you don’t need a doctor to tell you that you need to consume it in a good quantity every day. Consume a minimum of 4 glasses a day if you are aiming for fresh, glowing skin. Adding fruits and vegetables like cucumber, strawberry, orange, watermelon, cantaloupe, and grapefruit can help in this regard. You can also wash your face with rose water before going to sleep.
8. Say Goodbye To Acne
If you have oily skin, chances are you get to see a nasty pimple every now and then. Make sure to wash your face with hot water at least 3 times a day. If you are using a skin cleanser, it should contain alpha hydroxyl acid or beta hydroxyl acid. If you do have a pimple on your face, DO NOT pop it. Instead, wash your face with rose water and cover it with a chilled tea bag for 10 minutes.
